While there is a problem with men not showing emotions and other issues, women wanting an easier life is not a bad thing. In a patriarchial society we as women don’t understand how the world is designed for men. They have workforce system designed on their hormonal system (which causes many uterus oriented problems plus shutting off our emotions at work), after 50 there is gender parity on how much we earn plus a huge lifetime savings gap. Why on earth would i not want an easier life? They need to understand that their social safety net in society is far greater— usually mindset gets in the way of their progress.
Why would a man take lower paying jobs— thats a ridiculous measure for themselves and for others?
