Evin Ibrahim

I was getting tired of the same content on the medium until I stumble into Evin Ibrahim’s writing. The way she described kunafa, and how it changed her life (plus met the love of her life) — -I was in awe. I couldn’t stop reading her work.

Her content is where food meets rich culture and connection. It’s so similar to Anthony Bourdain, that I felt she reignited what I thought was lost since his death.
