there are a lot of points missing in this article and/or perspective.
you need to strike a balance no matter what temperament you have.
life span studies have found that extroverts (despite their lack of balance) have a more fulfilling social life than introverts.
technically, since we both get exhausted at the same rate, these ideas don't really exist.
it's about how we balance our stimulation and grow from it.
what i wish articles like these highlighted was how boxing oneself in these ideas inhibit our growth-- especially since introverts do overthink in many occasions that I've observed.
there really is no need to fear social interactions or shy away from them, it's about assessing energy.
i also know many leaders and extroverts that are not loud, but balance both qualities and appear to be ambiverts.
