Passionfruit Tea
During the winter months, this tea has brought many revelations.
If Drake can sing about passionfruit, so can I write about it.
As I sit in front of my screen wondering, how to actually bring life to my writing again, I wonder, what period of time I’m actually going through.
I haven’t hit a road block in my writing like this at all, and honestly can seriously blame the winter for it.
These days, I’m numb to everything — -all tastes and smells.
I would like to travel or go far away from the East Coast, but I also wonder if going out of the country would be even better. Sure, you can call this externalizing one’s problems — I call it a two-for-one special — a vacation, and spell to get rid of depression.
Now I can’t go to Brazil or some place else, but I can find a tea that would ignite those flavors. Lo’ and Behold, comes in passionfruit tea, or maracuja.
I have a Brazilian coffee shop near me, and it’s given me a lot of life during cold winter months — -their coffee, pao de quiejo, and other goods just hit different.
Black tea hasn’t been cutting it for me, and I’ve been noticing it’s going downhill. Coffee is okay, but we do occasionally get tired of the same bean.
