If a woman has to act like one of the boys, theres a problem. We have a whole system catered to using language related to men, working like a man on their hormone system, and having a quality of life like them (capitalism). I truly believe they're not comfortable with the idea of how women can be comfortable in their own skin. Being a cool girl is doing a disservice to how women can shine on their own.
