It’s not that surprising to see America scrambling to strip women of their reproductive rights. We have moved into a new era where women are taking control of their family planning and making choices outside the nuclear family box, where we can now become mothers without being in a relationship with men, without having to settle or negotiate with partners who are indifferent to parenthood or simply too immature to raise a child. And to many, that’s a terrifying turn of events.
