Boxed Ideas Don't Work
Modern-day democracy prohibits our critical thinking.
I'm a moderate and a pragmatic conservative. That doesn’t mean I don’t understand the importance of therapy or that I'm against the LGBTQ community.

While I agree that our community and social fabric is fragmented, I don’t understand when society in America started boxing ideas and people.
From Myers-Briggs personality types to introvert vs extrovert to democrat vs republican — we have corrupted the idea of discourse.
More importantly, Western ideals and Western therapy are all based on superficial values.
They don’t understand that human behavior is complex and stems from the subconscious. Even neuroscience points to this.
I speak on inner work terms. Most people I’ve recognized don't even know where their emotions stem from. Their words and emotions are usually never in sync in front of others, leading to backstabbing and complicated negative behaviors.
