Trust me, hating men has no productivity. However, pointing out their binary lens of leadership is super important. President Obama was one of the few presidents in our life, who balanced his energetics in leadership. Yes, he had a ton of flaws while being president, and some outcomes could have been different. You even had President Obama comment about how “overdone” male-led leadership has been, and now it’s time for a woman to step in.
Even though people might say that gender shouldn’t matter in leadership, I disagree. The world is seeped in gender roles, and is oriented within the patriarchy. After all, besides a physical construct, patriarchy is more of a mindset on a daily basis.
